In Africa Walking is the primary mode of transport
The average wage is very low, meaning new footwear and clothing is usually beyond the means of most people. Our customers in Africa and less fortunate countries appreciate the value of good quality second-hand goods as worn or faulty items are considerably cheaper to import.

We offer a secure way to recycle and re-use any quantity of customer returned footwear and clothing, samples or single and odd footwear. This enables companies to offset the cost of customer returns or manufacturing faults whilst saving money on commercial waste and landfill tax. There are further tax benefits to donating your sample footwear; though not a charity, Africashoes can pay up to £1.00 per kilo or £5.00 per pair. 80% of the footwear and clothing we receive is re-used, the rest is split down into component parts: laces, metal, rubber, plastic, leather, rags and sold back to the industry.
Our experienced Team will arrange to collect a single shoe or a full truck load of stock at a time that is convenient to you. We now export excess waste products from clients in: Poland, Rumania, Bulgaria, Hungary and The Ukraine and cover all carriage and associated duty costs for each consignment.
